Horse and carriage rides are now available in Bushy Park, setting off from the Pheasantry Café for a 25 minute gentle but scenic trot through the park.

The carriage can take up to 20 people at a time and the cost is £15 a head (free for under-2s) with a seasonal cup of mulled wine and a mince pie thrown in.

The two majestic shire horses, Nobby and Heath will be working every day except Christmas Day through until January 2nd.
