Police investigate alleged rape in Teddington

Police are investigating the alleged rape of a 16 year-old-male in Teddington.

The alleged incident happened at Udney Hall Gardens near St Mary's Parish Hall, at around 7.50pm last night.

Police officers closed the gardens off and a crime scene was put in place.

A Met Police spokesperson said: "On Friday 17th December 2021 at 19:50hrs we received a call from Udney Hall Gardens, Teddington.

"A 16 year old male stated that he had been raped by an unknown stranger.

"A crime scene was in place but now has been closed.

"The investigation is ongoing. No one has been arrested at this time."
