In this workshop, you will delve into a simple and easy-to-use breath technique that can enhance all aspects of your life.
The transformational breath session focuses on three main areas – increasing physical wellbeing, improving mental and emotional states, and spiritual expansion.
Transformational Breath ® can help you let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as shallow breathing, have a deeper understanding of breath patterns and release both physical and emotional tension from the body.

The Institute of Complementary and Natural Medicine has announced that Transformational Breath® UK is the winner of its prestigious 'Best Complementary Medicine Organisation' for 2014.
During the breath session, not only you will learn this powerful connected breathing technique but we will also use sound, movement and acupressure to facilitate the opening of the breath.
This workshop is exclusively for experienced breathers, aged 18 and above.

What to expect:
- We'll begin with a short meditation to set powerful intentions.
- We'll set an intention by doing a short guided meditation
- We'll then move on to the Breath Dance to open up our breath
- You'll then get super cosy on the mat and be guided through a simple yet profound breath work journey which will include hands on acupressure, sound, movement and positive affirmations
- Sink into the mat for 10- 15 mins relaxation at the end to help integrate your experience and anything that may have arisen in the session
- Share your experience at the end of the session, get tips for your daily practice
Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. Please bring your water bottle.
If you have experienced Transformational Breath® before, this group session is for you!
Please consult your medical practitioner to ensure deep breathing techniques are suitable for you.
