Experience The Power of Breath - Breathwork & Mindfulness Workshop

Come and experience a simple and easy-to-use breath technique that can support you in all areas of your life.

This workshop will share methods and techniques to optimize the power of your breath.

The transformational breath session focuses on three main areas – increasing physical wellbeing, improving mental and emotional states, and spiritual expansion.

Transformational Breath ® can help you let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as shallow breathing, have a deeper understanding of breath patterns and release both physical and emotional tension from the body. 

Experiencing Transformational breath session can help you:

  • Feel completely energised
  • Become aware and let go of emotions that no longer serve you
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Increase energy levels
  • Boost your immune system
  • Experience deeply nourishing relaxation
  • Gain clarity, inspiration and connection to self
  • Develop a deeper dimension to your practices/activities such as yoga, meditation, running

The Institute of Complementary and Natural Medicine has announced that Transformational Breath® UK is the winner of its prestigious 'Best Complementary Medicine Organisation' for 2014.

During the breath session, not only you will learn this powerful connected breathing technique but we will also use sound, movement and acupressure to facilitate the opening of the breath.

Breathwork has benefits for everyone and this breathing class is suitable for everyone over the age of 18. No prior experience is necessary.

What to expect:

* We'll begin with a short introduction, talk about the benefits of Transformational Breath and explain the technique so that you feel fully prepared before we start

* We'll set an intention by doing a short guided meditation

* We'll then move on to the Breath Dance to open up our breath

* You'll then get super cosy on the mat and be guided through a simple yet profound breathwork journey which will include hands on acupressure, sound, movement and positive affirmations

* Sink into the mat for 10- 15 mins relaxation at the end to help integrate your experience and anything that may have arisen in the session

* Share your experience at the end of the session, get tips for your daily practice

No previous breathwork experience required. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. Please bring your water bottle. 

If you haven't experienced Transformational Breath® before, the ticket of Newcomers to Transformational Breath is for you!

If you have previously experienced Transformational Breath® then you can join us after the introduction part. Join us at either 12:30 pm or 1:30 pm, depending on the workshop start time, to set an intention and breathe.
