Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Skilled Tradesman at OMNI Property Solutions in Chessington. The Skilled Tradesman will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to property maintenance, repairs, and improvements. This role requires hands-on work with various tools and materials to ensure the upkeep and quality of properties.

Someone to join our expanding team that is knowledgeable in various aspects of the work, carrying out loft conversions, extensions, refurbishment, bathrooms and kitchens.

Qualifications

• Carpentry, Door, kitchens, insulation, plasterboard skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labour
• Certification in a relevant trade is a plus
