This is a significant role within Sky Business, working on a strategically important area of growth and investment. As senior mobile propositions and pricing lead for Sky Business you will be responsible for leading, launching and developing new mobile propositions across multiple business segments, as well as maintaining and evolving in life propositions and pricing to allow Sky to win in the business mobile market.What you'll do:
- Proposition concepts and plans - Development of proposition concepts to win in the market and delight customers, underpinned by customer, market & competitor insights
- Pricing and packaging - Lead portfolio pricing & packaging for new launches and ongoing offers to support trading, developing and testing alternative concepts and identifying opportunities
- Go To Market (GTM) - own GTM plans and briefs for any mobile proposition changes, define KPIs and deliver successful launch plans across the whole of Sky Business.
- Business case - Support development of business cases, working closely with product & finance teams, considering both broader business and bottom-line financial benefits and risks
- Provide proactive trading support strategies - use your mobile knowledge/ experience to make recommendations across various senior stakeholders including programme, product, sales and marketing to improve performance ensuring the revenue / ARPU growth.
- Future pipeline - Develop and own perspective on how the market landscape might evolve in the future and how our business propositions can be best positioned to drive new revenue streams /increased Arpu
- Proven recent experience in a senior UK mobile telecoms customer propositions or commercial role - serving small and medium sized businesses and / or residential consumers.
- An innovative but pragmatic thinker able to come up with ideas that will delight our customers but also make commercial sense and are technically realistic
- Strong numeracy and commercial literacy - with strong skills in excel. Able to size the market opportunity for a proposition in terms of volumes, price, revenues and profits
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with ability to influence and confidently lead discussions at all levels from front line to senior management.
- Expert user of customer insight: working with and distilling multiple and disparate insights and data sources into compelling and actionable recommendations
- Financially savvy with the ability to apply relevant methodologies in developing pricing & packaging strategies and predict their P&L impacts across multiple scenarios
