As our current Head of Department has been promoted to our Senior Leadership Team, we would like to appoint an exceptional teacher with a love of their subject and the ability to lead the delivery of Business Studies in our school. This is a real opportunity to make your mark by developing the teaching of Business Studies within a receptive and supportive environment. You may be seeking your first leadership role, or you may already be an established leader looking for a new challenge. Our vision is for the successful candidate to build upon the excellent foundations in place further developing a well-resourced and successful department that attracts good numbers and delivers excellent outcomes at both KS4 and 5.

Raynes Park High School is a vibrant, student-focused 11-19 secondary school rated "Good" by Ofsted in January 2019. We foster a strong community and have great pride in our students and their achievements. Whilst the students are at the centre of everything we do, we recognise and value our dedicated and committed staff.
