CPL Healthcare is recruiting for a Residential Care Home in Kingston, providing accommodation for up to five young males and females aged 8 17 years. We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standards of care for the residents.

The property consists of five bedrooms, communal living spaces, and staff facilities. The home is located in a warm, welcoming community with access to local amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the home operates in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Provide leadership and supervision to a skilled team of care staff.
• Develop and implement tailored independence programs to support young people in achieving personal, social, and life skills.
• Promote positive behavior using praise, recognition, and structured boundaries.
• Listen to and support young people in achieving their goals, dreams, and aspirations.
• Create a nurturing and supportive environment where every child feels valued and respected.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational aspects of the home effectively.

About You:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a residential care setting.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safeguarding practices.
• Passionate about empowering young people to reach their full potential.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
