We provide personal training (1:1 in a private gym, in the comfort of your home/garden, and online) and clinical exercise training, specifically for those with chronic diseases or conditions including but not limited to cancer, diabetes, respiratory conditions, MS, Parkinson's and depression/anxiety.

2020 has been a funny year and when Cobweb (my lovely kitten) and I locked down in our attic, to hide away from the madness outside, we began making candles. Our candles have brought a lot of joy, serenity and coziness to our wacky little attic and we would like to share them.
