Open to all adults who love film and television – no experience required. This one-day screenwriting workshop explores the structure of stories and how screen stories differ from other forms of storytelling and writing. Participants will learn about screenplay elements, including structure, character development, genre, and dialogue, with writing exercises to help get started on a short film screenplay.

Materials Required: Bring a pen and notebook. Laptops or tablets are optional but may be useful for exploring screenwriting software.
