Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Teddinghton Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000 - 50,000 per annum) Type: Full-time Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (plus alternate Saturdays) Are you currently a sales negotiator looking for the next progressive step in your career? The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 12 months' experience in estate agency or relevant sales
• Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude, with the drive and ambition to succeed
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit the desire and motivation to achieve targets and goals
• Maintain high standards of service and presentation
• Have solid local knowledge
• Hold a full UK driving licence
