As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and deploying these products on our proprietary Kubernetes platform.What you'll do

• Design and enhance platform capabilities using Python or Golang

• Develop new features to support onboarding of a broader range of multi-tenant use cases

• Implement robust monitoring , observability , and administrative processes to ensure smooth platform operations

• Design & Support the AdTech Kubernetes platform , ensuring high availability and performance

• Build automation tools to streamline operations and accelerate tenant onboarding

• Ensure the platform's scalability , reliability , and security as tenant adoption increases

• Oversee infrastructure rollouts via a CI/CD pipeline with integrated automated testing

• Collaborate closely with service operation analysts , SREs , and software engineers to support platform growth and stability

• Provide operational support for multi-tenant environments , including handling support queries and incident response

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in developing production-grade applications using programming languages such as Golang or Python

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications

• Deep familiarity with Linux / Unix operating systems

• Good understanding of networking principles and protocols

• Excellent problem-solving skills demonstrating the aptitude to work, troubleshoot and deliver solutions creatively

• Strong analytical skills , balancing innovation with system reliability and stability

• Customer-focused approach with good communication skills and a desire to improve the developer experience

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , and familiarity with other cloud providers such as AWS and Azure

• Knowledge of platform-specific monitoring, observability and tools such as Prometheus and Grafana

• Knowledge of platform as a service (PAAS) and multi-tenancy
