Technical Services Account Manager

This is a career opportunity to get involved as the Account Manager of your own high-profile commercial maintenance portfolio located at a prestigious scientific research facility in Teddington, Southwest London.

You will be joining one of the UK s fastest growing maintenance service providers who have recently been awarded this contract and take over from the incumbent service provider in 2024.

The Campus covers six acres with over fifty associated building across the campus and houses over a 1000 staff. The buildings provide a diverse mixture of laboratories, commercial offices, retail franchise outlets, restaurants, a creche, and a sports and social club.

The responsibilities of this role will increase, and your time and expertise will be used across the rest of this expanding client portfolio, so it really does offer career expansion.

Responsibilities of the Technical Services Account Manager

• Management of the provision of maintenance service of all M&E and Fabric
• Providing root cause analysis of historical engineering faults
• Updating and improving the PPM regime and O&M manuals
• Ensuring that all SOP s and EOP S fit for purpose and effective
• Managing the technical interface between clients, engineering team and sub-contractors.
• Providing in depth technical support to the landlords engineering team.
• To appoint the HV Approved Person on Electrical systems

About You as the Technical Services Account Manager

• Qualified Engineer, ideally apprentice trained
• Electrical or Mechanical qualified with Multi-Skilled experience
• Steady and progressive work history
• Experienced in Managing or Supervising large scale building services applications
• Desire to progress in your career

This is going to be a very busy portfolio, there is already a full set of resident engineering teams put in place on across these buildings and your role will eventually take on full portfolio management with regard to client relationship, small works projects and technical issues.
