- Full-time Nurture Teacher starting September 2025 Delivering primary curriculum, highly differentiated curriculum to secondary-aged pupils who are diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH Supporting students in a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment Collaborating closely with support staff, families, and external professionals Helping shape a growing provision with big ambitions
- Is a qualified teacher with QTS Is an unqualified teacher with relevant experience, and is happy to gain QTS Has a background in teaching pupils with SEMH, ASC, and ADHD Understands the impact of trauma on learning and behaviour Is not afraid of dysregulated behaviour and other behavioural challenges, such as biting, pinching, or hitting Believes in restorative approaches and consistent professional boundaries Wants to be part of a small, ambitious, and collaborative team
