We are inviting a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team in the lively borough of Richmond upon Thames. This role is integral in enhancing our students' educational experiences, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide tailored academic support to students, ensuring full access to the curriculum.
• Offer specialised assistance to students with SEN, aiding them in overcoming learning obstacles.
• Work in partnership with teachers and the SENCO to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents to support student development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Recent experience in a secondary school setting is essential.
• Familiarity with SEN and effective support strategies is highly beneficial.
• A relevant educational or SEN qualification is desirable, though not mandatory.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (please note, this position does not offer sponsorship).
