AD Fusion is a new auto replenishment system being rolled out across Great Britain in , bringing significant advancements in stock management, automation, and operational efficiency. As a Consultant in the Supply Chain Systems team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful rollout, implementation, and long-term adoption of this system across our 14 Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs).

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong analytical mindset, excellent project and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Effective communication, adaptability, and technical proficiency will be crucial in supporting teams through this transition and embedding best practices. If you have a background in supply chain, logistics, or operational systems, coupled with the ability to lead change and train diverse teams, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

What you'll do

  • Support the AD Fusion rollout across 14 Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs), ensuring each site is prepared and equipped for a successful launch.
  • Train and develop regional colleagues on the AD Fusion system, building their knowledge and confidence in using the new tools effectively.
  • Educate senior leaders on AD Fusion's functionalities and benefits, demonstrating how it improves replenishment accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all AD Fusion related queries and issues, providing expert guidance and quick resolutions to support teams on the ground.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise system performance in collaboration with operational teams, identifying issues proactively and implementing improvements to optimise system performance and accuracy.
  • Provide strategic insights by analysing system data and user feedback, offering recommendations to enhance AD Fusion adoption and overall efficiency in the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, IT, Logistics, etc.) to align AD Fusion with broader business processes, coordinating efforts and sharing knowledge for seamless integration.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AD Fusion with existing operational workflows and systems, minimising disruption and aligning the new system with current best practices.
  • What you'll need

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and coordinate multiple stakeholders' needs.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational systems implementation, preferably with involvement in rolling out new systems or processes across multiple sites.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - this is essential for data analysis, reporting, and presenting training materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - an ability to convey complex system information clearly to both technical teams and senior leadership is essential.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics, using insights to drive system improvements and inform decision making.
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to travel regularly to different RDC locations as required during rollout and support phases (a valid driver's license and flexibility to travel are important).
