Technical Manager - Residential 80,000 + Package

We're looking for an experienced Technical Manager to support with leading the delivery of a large-scale residential development, this is a refurbishment of a listed building into high-end apartments,

You'll take charge of the design and technical coordination process through construction to handover, working closely with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure quality, compliance, and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design coordination across all stages of the project
• Ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Resolve site and design queries effectively
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage technical documentation, drawings, and approvals

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in a technical role within residential construction
• Strong refurb experience preferred
• Confident in managing design teams and driving solutions
• Solid knowledge of building regs and industry standards
