The key responsibilities for the role of Finance Assistant (Study Support) include:

• Maintain cash books, update fixed asset and prepayment schedules, and post to the accounts system.
• Prepare intercompany, balance sheet, and cost ledger reconciliations.
• Process month-end journals and support various reporting tasks.
• Assist with supplier invoices and client payment queries.

Profile

The successful candidate for the role of Finance Assistant (Study Support) will have:

• at least 6-12 months experience in a similar role
• Currently studying or planning to study either ACCA/CIMA/AAT
• Good excel skills
• Strong communication skills
• Wanting to progress and develop in their career
