Saturday, September 3
Teddington Choral Society at St Mary's Church
Teddington Choral Society and its Music Director Julian Collings are delighted to invite you to a Come and Sing Day on September 3rd which will feature Haydn's Nelson Mass and Mozart's Solemn Vespers.
The event will take place in the Hall of St Mary's Church on Church Street in Twickenham.
Registration will start at 10:00am.
The singing day will then unfold between 10:30am and 17:00pm.
The music will be provided on the day.
Coffee, tea and cakes will be provided.
Open Morning at Hampton Hill Theatre
Ever wanted to see backstage, the props room or go into the lighting grid? Well now is your chance at Hampton Hill Theatre, home of Teddington Theatre Club!
Volunteers will show you around and you can also find out about up and coming shows and opportunities to get involved. The team are always looking for people to help out behind the scenes from serving behind the bar, operating the lights to sourcing props or help organise a show.
Sunday, September 4
Poetry Open Mic at The Adelaide
Head on down to the delightful Adelaide pub this Sunday for a night of poetry entertainment from renowned Liverpool poet Martin Figura.
The host for the evening is songwriter and guitarist Ian Lee-Dolphin and poet, songwriter and performer Felicity Buirski will also be in attendance.
What better way to conclude your weekend?
RichmondLive at Marble House and Park
Music, dance and theatre returns to the park through September.
The programme has been put together by VisitRichmond and follows the success of last year's festival.
The festival will open on Sunday, September 4, with RichmondLive Musicals in the Park, featuring live performances from Boundless Dance, RISE and Combination Dance, as well as Shelle Luscomb.
The following Sunday (September 11) will see Pop in the Park taking centre stage with performances by PowerJam, Jazz Perrin Collective, Ignite Me Theatre and Shelle Luscomb.
And the festival will come to a finale on Sunday 18 September with Classics in the Park, which will see performances from Richmond Shakespeare Society, Richmond Community Choir, Marble Hill Dance School and Shelle Luscomb.
All events will take place from 2pm to 3.30pm.
