Experiment with print and composition in this creative two-day workshop combining gel printing and collage. Participants will explore mono-printing techniques using Gell plates to create layered, textured prints. These will then be developed into a final collaged artwork, encouraging a playful and exploratory approach to image-making.
Suitable for beginners, the workshop focuses on process, experimentation and building confidence through making. With all materials provided, participants are supported to explore new techniques and combine print and collage in personal and expressive ways.

Notebook, pen, and an A3 folder to carry work.
Tutor Bio: Nicolene Grigg is a creative tutor and mixed media artist with over 20 years' experience teaching children and adults. Drawing on her background in textile design and making for fashion and interiors, her practice combines collage, intuitive processes and experimental mixed media techniques to explore creativity through play, material and personal expression.
Alongside her teaching, Nicolene continues to develop her own studio practice, creating and exhibiting work across a range of disciplines. Her workshops encourage participants to experiment freely, develop confidence and connect with their own creative voice in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. Through making, she aims to foster curiosity, creative flow and enjoyment beyond the pressures of perfection or comparison.
