Teddington RFC will play their first match as league champions this weekend as they face second-place Chipstead in Counties Two Surrey.
The Antlers were coronated as league champions last weekend with a walkover win over Law Society and will now have to turn their attention to remaining undefeated through the final two matches.
Chipstead were Teddington's closest challengers throughout the season and themselves have only lost once all season, a 28-17 defeat against Teddington back in October, and will be hoping to take away the Antlers' perfect season.
Kick-off at High Road, Coulsdon is at 3pm on Saturday.
London Scottish will hope to win their first match of 2023 as they play host to Cornish Pirates in the RFU Championship.
Scottish's last victory came on 3rd December 2022 against Caldy and have lost ten consecutive matches since that date as they are now ten points adrift at the bottom of the table.
Cornish Pirates have won eight and lost eight in the league so far this season, but did not give up a point in the reverse fixture as they beat London Scottish 28-0 on 29th October.
Kick-off at Richmond Athletic Ground is at 3pm on Saturday.
Ealing Trailfinders will be hoping to put in a third consecutive dominant display as they travel to face Nottingham in the RFU Championship.
The Trailfinders have scored 116 points and allowed none in their last two matches against local rivals Richmond and London Scottish to remain atop the pile in the RFU Championship, although Jersey Reds have a game in hand behind them.
To continue this remarkable run, they will have to take on Nottingham, who sit fourth from bottom in the table, who ended a nine-match losing run last weekend against Richmond.
Kick-off at Lady Bay is at 2pm on Saturday.
Elsewhere in the area, London Irish content the Premiership Cup final against Exeter at the Gtech Community Stadium on Sunday, and Twickenham face Old Tiffinians on Friday.
