Teddington RFC are four wins from a perfect league campaign, but must first overcome Old Haileyburians in Counties Two Surrey.
The Antlers have won 18 straight matches this season and have reached the final month of the league season with their perfect record still intact.
Old Haileyburians have struggled on the road, but their home form has remained strong, winning their last three on home soil.
Kick-off at Ewell Cricket Club is at 3pm on Saturday.
Harlequins will be hoping to win their first league match of 2023 as they welcome Exeter Chiefs to the Twickenham Stoop.
Quins last win domestically came against Bath on 2nd December and they have lost five straight in the league since.
Exeter are cut adrift from the top two, but are in fine form having won their last four across all competitions and winning their game in hand would take them into the top four.
Kick-off at the Twickenham Stoop is at 5:15pm on Saturday.
London Scottish are hoping to come back from the Championship Cup and get their first league win for three months.
The Championship Cup break did not provide Scottish with the respite they might have hoped for, losing three games and conceding 151 points and they are now looking for their first win since 3rd December.
They will be up against it to break that streak as they face third-place Coventry, who have lost once in the league since the start of October.
Kick-off at Butts Park Arena is at 3pm on Saturday.
London Welsh can make it three wins in a row if they can get the better of Bournemouth in Regional One South Central.
Welsh's inconsistent season has continued as they have won their last two matches, having previously won two and lost two of their four fixtures leading into that.
Bournemouth could also get a third consecutive victory if they come out on top, winning against Maidenhead and Brighton in the last two fixtures.
Kick-off at Chapel Gate is at 3pm on Saturday.
Ealing Trailfinders face the prospect of a local derby against Richmond as their title campaign resumes after the Championship Cup break.
A victory against Hartpury University two weeks ago saw Ealing recover to finish top of their Championship Cup pool, and now they must hold off another Jersey Reds surge in the league, as they currently lead them by one point.
They will be hoping to get back with a win as they face second-bottom Richmond, who have lost four of their last five in the RFU Championship.
Kick-off at Richmond Athletic Ground is at 2pm on Saturday.
Elsewhere in the area, London Irish are away at Newcastle on Sunday, Twickenham RFC host Old Walcountians on Sunday, and Kingston RFC are at home against Warlingham.
