Disco Soul...spooktacular! Teddington Constitutional Club, 7:30pm

The usual Disco Soul mix of 70's disco and soul music, with a handful of 60's Motown plus, because it's Halloween and we grab any excuse to dress up, a few spooky tunes thrown in...

Climb out of your crypt or hop on your broomstick and fly down to join DJ's "Disco Sue" and "Markus" playing the best vinyl records to a friendly (if slightly worn out) bunch of party people of varying ages. Do the time warp, the monster mash or simply prop up the bar and enjoy the great music.

Saturday 28 October

Discover an evening of social tango combined with an exhibition and sale of tango art. The paintings and sculpture have been created by local artists, Malcolm West, Robert Fisher, Garry Freer and Grant Smith. Lovely music, wine and other refreshments. £14 on the door. Non-dancers pay £10.

Women in the Margins: Lucy Barker and Liz Hyden, Landmark Arts Centre, 6pm-7:30pm

Plus, discussion, laughter and cocktails from the pop-up mixing station we are adding in JUST for this event. Then it's your chance to ask questions about the books, the stories or the process of writing and researching the books.
