Ted's Market will introduce three new traders at its market day this Saturday, 22 February.
The first is Alfonso from Collana Verde Farm. Alfonso joins us from, producers of organic unfiltered extra virgin olive oil.
The farm spends half the year in Sicily, harvesting and producing its olive oil and the rest in London.
Collana Verde, says Ted's Market, "is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, on the volcanic mountain slopes of the Campania region in the South of Italy - overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea".
The market also welcomes Robert from Hilton Hams, a small-batch charcuterie producer from Kew.
Ted's Market said: "He will be bringing Coppa, Lomo, Bresaola, Salami, Pancetta and Guanciale. All made using British pork and delicately infused with juniper, rosemary and fennel."
Finally, the market is expecting its new regular trader, Swiss Bread Bakery and Cafe, to attend this month's market.
Ted's Market says it is "very excited to have all their beautiful baked breads (honey glazed fig, white, olive, rye and walnut). They'll have pretzels, cinnamon buns, Swiss chocolate croissants, jam doughnuts, and lots more."
Ted's Market runs from 10am – 2pm on the last Saturday of very month in the carpark of the King's Head Pub.
