Teddington's beloved Flying Cloud Cafe returns in perfect time for spring and summer months
Teddington residents welcomed the highly-anticipated reopening of Flying Cloud Cafe over the weekend as it greeted loyal customers for the upcoming spring and summer months.
Operating from its renowned silver bullet trailer by the Boathouse Design Studio at Teddington Lock, the Flying Cloud Cafe saw Saturday mark the launch of its remarkable 12th season since first opening in 2011.
Run by local residents Justine Broome and Kim Greyling, the riverside cafe offers a delicious range of homemade cakes including staples Victoria Sponge, Lemon Drizzle and Coffee Cake, alongside the ever popular chocolate brownies.
A range of hot drinks are also on offer as well as smoothies, soft drinks and Marshfields ice cream which includes a special dog flavour to ensure no one is left out!
A patio of colourful seats offers a beautiful view of Teddington Lock and residents will now be able to enjoy the cafe on their doorstep as it has confirmed opening hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Sunday (weather permitting) through to the end of October.
Speaking to Nub News, Flying Cloud Cafe owner Justine Broome, said: "We are thrilled to be back open for the spring and summer months and look forward to welcoming customers for a slice or two of our delicious range of cakes alongside a hot or cold drink at Teddington's beautiful Lock."
