A Teddington coffee shop chain has been granted permission to sell alcohol and to extend its operating hours.

Local Hero, located on High Street, previously applied to Richmond Council to extend its operating hours from 7.30am – 4pm Monday – Friday to 11pm on Thursdays and Fridays so that it can sell alcohol from 5pm onwards.

In an Instagram post, Local Hero confirmed that it is now allowed to sell alcohol from 5pm – 11pm on Thursdays and Fridays and that a new cocktail list awaits.

The usual operating hours of 7.30am – 4pm Monday – Wednesday and 8am – 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays will continue as normal.
