Delays/queuing: - Hampton Court: Queueing traffic on A308 Hampton Court Road Eastbound from Percy Road to A309 Hampton Court Bridge (Hampton Court). - Twickenham: Severe delays of ten minutes on A316 Chertsey Road Eastbound between Chertsey Road and A3004 St Margarets Road (St Margarets Roundabout). Average speed five mph. Road closures/roadworks: - Kingston town centre: Eden Street Northbound is closed from Lady Booth Road to Clarence Street for emergency sewer repairs. Will re-open on 14 December.
