The Teddington Arms, part of Greene King Brewery, is rowing 150 miles this week to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Rowing the distance from Teddington to the pub company's headquarters in Bury St. Edmonds, the staff are ready for action.

After smashing 21 miles yesterday (Monday 9 October) on a rowing machine borrowed from Sue at Fluid Fitness, the team are on target.
