A restaurant in Teddington is celebrating its second anniversary this weekend.

Takaa Tak, which is located on Broad Street and specialises in authentic Indian food, turns two on Saturday, 15 August and is inviting locals to join in with its celebrations.

From 6pm on Saturday, there will be complimentary welcome drinks, live music and entertainment, and a chance to win a free bottomless brunch at the restaurant.

Additionally, kids are invited to eat for free at lunchtime on Saturday.

Speaking about how the past two years have been, Takaa Tak's Marketing Manager, Krishna Khatri, said: "These two years have gone by very quickly, but everyone in the Teddington community has given so much love to the company and to the restaurant.

"So we want to thank the people of Teddington from the bottom of our hearts for that."

Takaa Tak has hosted various events over the past two years, and Khatri told Nub News that one of the best things about the restaurant's events is when "people came to them to see what we have to offer and told their friends to come visit us - it really means a lot."

Takaa Tak hosted its first bottomless brunch in June and plans to host many more events, such as Diwali celebrations in the future.
