New career development course for residents to begin in Hampton Wick

Room for Work have created a new development course for residents over 40 years old in Richmond borough.

Designed for mature jobseekers and career changers, the Room for Work programme is delivered in 12 sessions over six weeks. 

It specialises in tailored, one-to-one mentoring provided by course leader, Marisca Ribeiro. You will have a chance to learn a variety of skills in a relaxed and friendly environment. The course will show ways to write an effective CV, use LinkedIn and social media, practise interviews, develop speaking skills, and much more.

From Monday 22 January, the six week course will take place at The Warehouse Hampton Wick on Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • Dates: Monday 22 January 2024 to Tuesday 27 February 2024
  • Time: 10.30am to 1pm
  • Location: The Warehouse, St John's, Church Grove, Hampton Wick, KT1 4AL
