A woman who fell over an uneven pavement in Teddington last month is now being forced to spend thousands on dental care.
Lisa D, who is from Strawberry Vale and frequently takes walks in Teddington, fell over an uneven pavement stone on Cambridge Road on Saturday, 18 January.
The accident caused Lisa to fracture her cheekbone, damage nerves to her teeth, and bruise her face.
At the time, she told Nub News: "The entire right side of my face is black. Thankfully, my eye is intact. Two wonderful ladies, one of whom happened to be a nurse, helped me and I'm extremely grateful to them - they restored my faith in human nature!"

Lisa says that her bruises have now gone but her teeth/gums "are going to cost thousands of pounds to fix (exact amount unknown as yet), even as an NHS patient".
She said: "I know Richmond Council won't do anything about the uneven pavements, but I'd like them to know about the damage they can cause - even a fall at a walk.
""We know the pavements won't be repaired, so please be careful - I know I will."
She added: "I'm extremely scared of walking on the footpaths, but I'm determined not to let this accident change my routine - it's very important as stress release for me."
