This week's featured role is with Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP), a housing association which provides affordable homes across five London boroughs.

One of RHP's newest projects is Informer House by Teddington railway bridge, which offers 25% shared ownership of its flats - though prices are still high at just under £100,000 per home.

The Housing Partnership, based at 8 Waldegrave Road in Teddington, are now looking for a Housing Advisor to join their team.

This role works with RHP's subsidiary Co-op homes which manages around 2,000 properties across the UK for 30 independent landlords.

The job description states: "As Housing Advisor at Coop Homes, you'll provide seamless customer service to our tenants and Management Committees, using your housing knowledge to manage complex cases quickly and brilliantly and deliver a responsive and proactive housing management service.

"A typical day for you would include providing housing support to our co-op customers and management committees, including managing rent arrears, complex tenant disputes, complaints, ASB and overseeing the voids and allocation process.

"You'll also work with customers to support the delivery of all cyclical health & safety servicing, write performance reports, and prepare court papers."

The role comes with a salary of over £32,000 and perks such as health cover, 27 days holiday per year plus two days off for volunteering in the community, and extra paid leave for significant life events.
