Working out how to celebrate the turn of a new year always seems to bring a sense of unwanted pressure and attempting to piece together last-minute plans can lead to a bit of a struggle.

This year however, Teddington's beloved riverside restaurant The Wharf is ensuring no locals have to suffer from a lack of organisation with a fabulous night planned of music from across the genres and a delicious five-course set menu.

Celebrate like it's 1959 and relive the golden days of the Rat Pack era before cruising into some fabulous soul, disco and funk from the New York-based DJ Glassio.

Glassio is the Dream-Pop/Alt-Dance project of the Irish-Iranian songwriter and producer Sam R.

Born out of a love for applying a melodic sweetness to producing dance beats, Glassio has carved out a unique space in the New York-Indie Electronic hemisphere over the past five years, bringing influences from Brian Wilson to Massive Attack to New Order and has 95,004 monthly listeners on Spotify.

Tracy Ray is a regular on the London jazz scene and The Mojos – Dave Lagnado (double bass), Mike Watts (drums), Damian Hand (saxophone/flute) and David Baldwin (organ) have played with many major artists including Van Morrison, Georgie Fame, Jerry Lee Lewis, James Hunter, Jerry Dammers, Chris Farlowe, Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck to name a few.

Both feature on The Wharf's star-studded New Year's Eve line-up and if that was not enough to tempt you down to Teddington's riverside on December 31st , the restaurant's music on the night will be complemented by a mouth-watering five-course set menu which you can feast your eyes on below.

Tables are filling up fast so to book your spot and enter 2023 in style, head on over to The Wharf's website to secure your reservation now or call on 020 8977 6333.

Christmas has also come early at the riverside restaurant so take a break from your last-minute Christmas shopping this week and enjoy 20% off The Wharf's A La Carte Menu Monday through to Friday and Saturday lunchtime.
