We're now well into spring and many flowers are blooming in Bushy Park's woodland gardens.

But the standout has to be the sea of bluebells that have appeared recently.

Local photographer Ruth Wadey snapped the stunning flowers today (see gallery above) on a visit to the gardens, sharing the photos to social media.

She said: "Want to see some #bluebells?

"Then Woodland Gardens Bushy Park is well worth a visit right now. They are spectacular!"

We couldn't agree more.

Have you been to the park recently and got any fabulous flower photos to share?

Feel free to send them over to [email protected] - we'd love to create a gallery and celebrate the beauty on our doorstep.
