Since 2000 The Cadillac Kings have built a reputation for entertaining audiences with their unique mix of self-penned rhythm & blues, Louisiana style roots music and humour! In that time they have played at over a thousand different venues - from the Albert Hall to the Band on the Wall, from the Canaries to the Arctic circle. The band have appeared alongside acts such as John Mayall, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Rod Piazza, Lazy Lester, Magic Slim, Louisiana Red, Larry Garner, Nappy Brown, L'il Ed & His Blues Imperials, Little Feat & Delbert McLinton to name but a few

During this time some of the UK's most talented young players have spent time in the band including guitarist Oliver Darling (currently guitarist in Imelda May's band), and boogie piano sensation Henri Herbert, both of whom recorded award winning albums with the CKs

In 2017 their cd "The Secret of My Success" reached #1 in Cashbox USA's Blues & Boogie chart, a rare feat for a UK band, and stayed there for four weeks above acts such as The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Rick Estrin & The Nightcats, Coco Montoya, John Primer and Samantha Fish.              

Their latest 2023 release album 'Crash & Burn' received unanimous praise and 5 star reviews from music magazines and from radio programmers across the world. It went straight in at #2 in the UK IBBA Blues charts and in at #5 on the Australian National Roots music chart. The album was recorded and mixed by Dave Williams and Richard Manwaring, engineers for Van Morrison, Eric Clapton, Tina Turner, Eric Bibb and Fleetwood Mac.

The bands popularity on Youtube has resulted in their videos currently scoring hits in the millions, with their song "Betty Lou" approaching 4.5 million views
