Live Unplugged Alchemy Sound Bath

Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and experience an evening of live, unplugged sound in a peaceful and intimate setting.

Unlike many sound baths, everything is created live in the moment using acoustic instruments – no recordings, no loops, just the natural resonance of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes and other carefully chosen instruments.

With a maximum of eight participants, this is a deeply restful experience where you can simply lie back, relax and allow the sounds to gently support your nervous system, inviting a sense of calm, balance and restoration.

No previous experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion for your comfort. Chairs can be provided if you prefer not to lie on the floor.
