Grow is an exuberant and thoroughly entertaining family film which fuses twisted humour and wild imagination with a stirring story of family healing, all set against the backdrop of an apparently sleepy Scottish town.

The ensemble British cast features Golda Rosheuvel (Bridgerton), Nick Frost (Hot Fuzz), Joe Wilkinson (After Life), Jane Horrocks (Bloods), Jeremy Swift (Ted Lasso), Tim McInnerny (Blackadder), Alan Carr (Nativity!), Kathryn Drysdale (Bridgerton), Fisayo Akinade (Heartstopper) and Sharon Rooney (Barbie). Rising stars Dominic McLaughlin (Harry Potter in the new HBO series) and Priya Rose Brookwell lead the film's fresh young talent.

Grow has just been nominated for the BAFTA Best Children's and Family Film Award 2026.

To showcase our large screen and fantastic sound system, The Exchange are introducing two new regular and 'cheap as chip's film events to keep little ones and their grown-ups entertained, Family Film Club and Baby Cinema.
