Teddington RFC return from a two-week break searching for their tenth straight win in Counties 2 Surrey against Old Haileyburians.
It has been a long two weeks for the Antlers waiting to have the opportunity to go for a tenth win of the season, after a forfeit and a free week.
Old Haileyburians have won three from nine this season and have just one win in their last five matches.
Kick-off at Bushy Park is at 2:30pm on Saturday.
Harlequins will be looking to bounce back from a crushing defeat last time out under the lights at the Twickenham Stoop against Gloucester.
Quins had won two straight heading to the AJ Bell Stadium last weekend, but were roundly beaten 40-19 against Sale Sharks.
Their opposition this week in Gloucester are only behind them on bonus points in the Gallagher Premiership table, with an identical record to Harlequins so far.
Kick-off at the Twickenham Stoop is at 7:45pm on Friday.
London Scottish are hoping to get their first RFU Championship win of the season as Caldy visit Richmond.
Scottish did get their first win of the season during the Championship Cup break with a 27-18 win over Ampthill, but are yet to taste victory in the league so far.
Their opponents in Caldy haven't fared much better as they have just the one Championship win, but that win did come in this neck of the woods, away against Richmond in the second game of the season.
Kick-off at the Richmond Athletic Ground is at 3pm on Saturday.
London Welsh look to get back to winning ways as they face fellow strugglers Bournemouth in Regional 1 South Central.
Welsh had won two straight in late October but have since stuttered and lost their last two, with defeats against Camberley and Brighton.
Bournemouth have not had the best of seasons and have won one out of their last five league matches to find themselves third bottom of the table.
Kick-off at Old Deer Park is at 2pm on Saturday.
Ealing Trailfinders return to RFU Championship action with their unbeaten record still intact as they play away against Cornish Pirates.
Ealing have come through the Championship Cup break with three more wins in what is proving to be a memorable season, and now they return to the league after a month searching for win number eight.
The Pirates shutout London Scottish in their last outing, but have had a mixed season, winning four out of seven, but their home record is very strong with three of those four wins coming at Mennaye Field.
Kick-off at Mennaye Field is at 2:30pm on Saturday.
Elsewhere in the area, London Irish travel to Leicester on Sunday, Twickenham RFC travel to Old Walcountians on Saturday, and Kingston RFC host Warlingham.
