Teddington RFC are preparing for a top of the table showdown this weekend as first meets second against Old Rutlishians.

The Antlers got their 11th straight win last weekend in a close-run encounter against Purley John Fisher, and their credentials will be given another stern test this weekend.

Old Rutlishians are, at present, Teddington's closest rivals this season, but the Antlers have already bested them this season with a 17-10 win at Bushy Park back in September.

Kick-off at Old Rutlishians' RFC is at 2pm on Saturday.

Harlequins begin their European campaign this weekend as they take on Sharks in Pool A of the European Champions Cup.

Quins come into this game off the back of two straight wins against West Country opposition in Bath and Gloucester, but they have struggled for success in this competition, having made the round of 16 just once.

Sharks are having a troubled season in the United Rugby Championship with just one win in four and are sat 10th in the table.

Kick-off at the Hollywood Bets Kings Park Stadium is at 1pm on Saturday.

Ealing Trailfinders can make it nine wins from nine this weekend as they play host to Bedford Blues in the RFU Championship.

Ealing breezed past Cornish Pirates last weekend 25-12 at Mennaye Field, but they are still yet to shake Jersey Reds from their heels, who are also sat with eight wins from eight.

Bedford have made a strong start themselves, sitting fourth with five wins so far, but their away record has been far from stellar with, with just one win from four on the road.

Kick-off at Trailfinders Sports Ground is at 3pm on Saturday.

London Scottish will be hoping to build on their first league win of the season this weekend as they travel to face Doncaster Knights.

Scottish finally got off the mark in the RFU Championship last weekend with a 19-10 win against Caldy at Richmond Athletic Ground.

Their opponents in Doncaster have been consistently inconsistent this season, with four wins and four defeats, but they have won all of their home matches so far.

Kick-off at Castle Park is at 2:30pm on Saturday.

London Welsh will be hoping to continue their charge up the table of recent weeks as they play away against Oxford Harlequins this weekend.

Welsh have recovered from a slow start and have back-to-back wins and only two defeats in seven as they have climbed up to 6th in Regional 1 South Central.

Oxford sit directly above Welsh in the table, although they are separated by seven points, but they have hit a sticky patch of late with two straight defeats coming into this weekend.

Kick-off at Horspath Sports Ground is at 3pm on Saturday.

Elsewhere in the area, London Irish play host to Montpellier at 8pm on Friday, and Twickenham RFC are playing at home against Hove on Saturday.
