Hampton and Richmond Borough have been drawn against Southern League Premier South side Hayes and Yeading United in the Middlesex Senior Cup.
The Beavers will be taking on the side currently sitting eighth in tier seven, the league below Hampton, but are a fairly inconsistent side having not won or lost back-to-back games since the third match of the season.
Hampton are five-time winners of the competition, winning in 2006, 2008, 2012, 2014, and 2017 and will be hoping to end a barren run of four years without victory, Hayes and Yeading have never won the trophy as a combined club, although were runners up in 2011 when they lost 3-2 to Staines Town.
The game will take place at the Rocket Hospitality Beveree Stadium on 7th November.
The other round two ties are:
Hanworth Villa v Northwood FC
Brentford B v Bedfont Sports FC
Hanwell Town v Harrow Borough
Uxbridge FC v Enfield Town
Edgware and Kingsbury FC v Wealdstone FC
North Greenford United v Hendon FC
Barnet FC v Southall
