What's on in Teddington is brought to you by the Landmark Arts Centre, The Abercorn Arms, The King's Head, The Lensbury and The Wharf.

Every Thursday we round up all the eye-catching events occurring in your area over the weekend.

Friday 1 December

Winter Wonderland Christmas, The Wharf 

The Wharf is hosting Winter Wonderland Christmas shared party nights – these events are perfect for an office or family party and is complete with a special party nights menu.  Their celebratory package includes a complimentary Christmas cocktail on arrival, a festive two or three-course menu, Christmas decorations, table plan and crackers and a top DJ playing until late.

West End has Faith at Christmas, Teddington Baptists Church, 7:30pm 

Come and see exceptional musicians from London's West End perform favourite musical hits and Christmas songs. Stars from shows such as Phantom of the Opera, Chicago and Matilda will perform numbers from Les Miserables, The Greatest Showman and more, bringing you an unforgettable Christmas night.

To the River (live band), The Abercorn Arms, 8:30pm-10:30pm 

As seen at Teddington's Beer Festival not too long ago, the acoustic duo is back! The versatile and dynamic duo can play beautiful harmonies or step it up a gear with rock and party tunes.

Retro Christmas Party, Teddington Constitutional Club, 7:30pm 

Disco Soul DJs playing the best party tunes from the 60's, 70's & 80's on old school vinyl. £5 (£4 TCC members) cash on door; you won't get a better night for your fiver!

Winter Show and Christmas Shopping Weekend, Orleans House Gallery 

Orleans House Gallery are hosting their fantastic Christmas Shopping Weekend again this year with 45 local makers selling their wares. Local band Eel Pie Two will be playing their trademark 1950s rockabilly, rock 'n' roll, country and skiffle with a touch of jazz.    

The weekend also sees the launch of the gallery's Winter Show which features the work of some of Richmond's best artists, running until the end of January. Each artwork on display will be original, for sale and made in the borough so come along and celebrate Richmond's vibrant visual arts community.

Christmas Tree Sale and Fair, St. John the Baptist Junior School, 12-4pm 

Come on down to Hampton Wick Infant and Nursery School fair! It will be a day of filled with festive joy and fun for the whole family. From Santa's Grotto, that awaits the little ones yearly visit, followed by a host of crafty activities like making reindeer feed and writing their letters to the North Pole to a 15 minute festive boogy at the silent disco or trying your luck at the Tombola – there's something for everyone.

Wreath Making with Emma Ellison, The Abercorn Arms, from 3pm 

Try your hand at something creative AND festive with this one-off wreath making workshop. Emma is a well-respected fashion designer turned floral creative. Make something beautiful to adorn your front door and be the envy of everyone on your street. Only £60, enjoy making your wreath with a glass of mulled win and some mince pies.

Monty Python's Spamalot, Hampton Hill Theatre, 7:30pm 

Lovingly ripped off from the classic film comedy Monty Python and the Holy Grail, the musical Spamalot retells the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, and features a bevy of beautiful show girls, not to mention cows, killer rabbits, and French people. Did we mention the bevy of beautiful show girls? 

Christmas Shopping Weekend, Orleans House Gallery

Sunday Quiz, The Abercorn Arms, 7:30pm
