Teddington Artists Contemporary Arts Fair

Saturday 6 September - Sunday 7 September, 23 High Street, various times.

The Fair is taking place in Awesome Studios, located in 23 High Street, Teddington (Image suppliedd)

Twenty talented artists will be exhibiting at our new venue in the old Lloyds Bank building, which has be re-imagined by Awesome Studios into a superb gallery and studio space.

Painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, sculpture, automata, stone carving, jewellery, collage, mexied media, textiles and line cuts.

Tango and Cake

Saturday 6 September, Teddington Methodist Church.

A relaxed session of tango with afternoon tea and cake, for just £5. This event is for dancers - with recent beginners particularly welcome- and for anyone who would like to know more about tango.. Cash payments only please.

Celebrating 25 years of Kingston Carnival

Sunday 7 September, Ancient Market, 12pm start.

Kingston Carnival is taking place in the Ancient Market (Tilly O'Brien)

In 2025, Kingston Carnival will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a spectacular carnival parade and a day filled with colourful performances, delicious African Caribbean foods and the best ingredient to all – great music. This year's theme take its lead from Kingston 2025, as we acknowledge the importance of bringing together our many communities in the spirit of tolerance, friendship and togetherness. The carnival parade, starts outside the Guildhall, with music stages in the Ancient Market Place and High Street.
