It's the rugby world cup! Get your drinks in and head down to The Abercorn Arms to watch the game.

Green Street Jazz Trio, The Wharf, 1:30pm

A Jazz Guitar Trio influenced by Wes Montgomery, Grant Green, Kenny Burrel and Tal Farlow who will bring their cool Jazz Standards to The Wharf  as well contemporary tunes with a unique Reggae / Jazz / Funk Twist.

Mamma Mia the Movie, Hampton Hill Theatre, 7:30pm

Join us for a night of Abba-tastic big screen magic at our sparkling end-of-summer fundraiser. To a soundtrack of Abba's greatest hits, an all-star cast featuring Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Amanda Seyfried and Julie Walters, play out a joyous, sun-drenched story of lost love and reconciliation. Every Thursday we round up all the eye catching events occurring in your area over the weekend.

SHAKATAK, Hampton Hub Club, 8:45pm

"We are delighted to have Shakatak back down at the Hampton Hub Club again following their debut appearance in 2021, and what a night it was! Shakatak have enjoyed a level of success and career longevity rarely paralleled in contemporary music but then Shakatak is a particularly unusual group. Because of the nature of their music their fan base is one that is far reaching while always retaining an "underground" element. This paradox sees the band, who are known primarily for their musicality, enjoying both high "cult" status and instant recognition as a household name due to their numerous hit recordings.
