Calvin Cervoni is helping the people of Teddington keep fit this summer.

With gyms not reopening for a few more weeks at least many have been turning to the internet to keep in shape over the last few months.

Personal trainer Calvin has launched a Youtube channel with workouts that you can do from home.

Calvin described the changes his business has had to make over the last three months.

He said: "I had to stop all face to face contact with clients for three months.

"I still held sessions with some of them on Zoom but it gave me the chance to learn how to make Youtube videos and the response to the free workouts has been great.

"It's probably been the one positive of lockdown because the videos on Youtube now have around 2,000 views.

"The positive interactions from these free workouts has inspired me to keep making them."

Calvin cares for his disabled aunt so has only been allowed to go and see clients face to face in the past couple of weeks.

Despite measures being relaxed Calvin socially distances as much as possible.

He said: "I keep my distance where I can."

"Even with it down to 1m I'm going to keep as far away as possible.

"I clean the equipment before and after it's been used."

All businesses have had to adapt during lockdown and personal trainers are no exception.
