The Kings Head set to reopen next month

Many of Teddington's most popular pubs reopened on Saturday as life edged slowly back to normal.

One pub that remained closed however was The Kings Head.

However the popular venue, situated on the high street, has now confirmed that they will open on Monday August 3rd.

The pub have said:

"We have really missed seeing you over the last few months so we are delighted to let you know that we will be opening our doors once again on 3rd August.

"Bookings are now open, we will be managing capacity very carefully so we'd advise that you book well ahead for your visit.

"We've been working really hard to make sure you feel safe when you visit us and that you are made to feel warmly welcomed and relaxed - just like the good old days!

"The team will be ready and waiting, just as before, to greet you with a smile and our menu is as enticing and mouth-watering as ever - but our procedures and our pubs have had to adapt to become Covid-secure."

The pub have developed a five point 'Safe Hands' plans to protect against the virus.

The plan includes measures a one way system and hand sanitisers being installed.
