The Thames has frozen over in Teddington today.

Temperatures have barely nudged above zero in recent days but it is still a sight to behold to see our country's most famous river frozen over.

The section by Teddington Lock in particular has frozen over.

This ultra cold-snap is set to continue for some days yet.

Monday looks to be the turning point when temperatures will soar to what feels like a tropical 11 degrees celsius.
