A popular monthly market in Teddington is set to take a break this month (August).

As it did last year, Ted's Market, which runs on the last Saturday of each month, will not be returning to its usual spot in the car park of the King's Head pub at the end of August.

Speaking about the break, Ted's Market said: "Out of office on. Same as last year, we are taking a mini break in August. This will be the case each year.

"There will be a few new faces joining from the September market - which will be HUGE - so wait for that news shortly.

"For now, hope everyone enjoys the rest of their summer. See you all soon!"

Ted's Market will return on Saturday, 26 September.
