Following an incident with three masked men trying to break into a home on King Edward's Grove in the early hours of Wednesday morning, a similar incident occurred again 30 minutes later at around 2am on Cromwell Road, which is "ten minutes away from the other house," says a resident at the Cromwell Road home.

The three masked men were caught on the home's doorbell camera, which the residents have shared with Teddington Nub News.

The video shows only two men approaching the front door, but when zoomed in, you can spot a third man on the lookout on the street.

One of the residents said that the household was "fast asleep".

"We only knew about it in the morning. We always use the deadlock at night. Probably a good thing as they didn't get in.

"It's very clear it's the same blokes as those who tried to break into the property on King Edward's Grove.

"There were three of them and they were wearing the exact same outfits as in the previous incident."

The residents reported the incident to the police who believe that it is the same gang who tried to break into the home on King Edward's Grove on Wednesday morning.

They said that the police "have face recognition software and there's quite a lot of their faces on show in this video. They'll run it through their system."

The police have been contacted for further information.
