Teddington's Christ Church set to play host to the sixth Puritan International Conference

The sixth Puritan International Conference will be heading to Teddington this year with the town's Christ Church set to play host later this month.

From Thursday, October 27th, to Saturday October 29th there will be talks at Teddington's Christ Church by a variety of speakers on subjects concerning the Puritans and their literary works.

All lectures will be free to attend. The programme can be viewed below:

The speakers who will feature across the three day conference include:

Rev. Dr Ian Densham was for many years, the Pastor of Zion Community Church in St. Ives and Droylsden Independent Church. He is a visiting lecturer at Bible seminaries in the Philippines.

Dr John J. Harding has been, since July 2021, a visiting research fellow at the Oxford Centre for Methodism and Church History, at Oxford Brookes University.

Dr Oliver Rice simplified two classic works on the Holy Spirit (The Holy Spirit by George Smeaton and Communion with the Holy Spirit by John Owen) published by Grace Publications.

Dr. Geoffrey Thomas is the author of a dozen books. This year his autobiography, In the Shadow of the Rock, appeared. He has just returned from a speaking tour in the United States.

Paul Karageorgi has a ThM from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia and is an elder at Christ Church, Teddington.
