A new social group will meet for the first time at The Tide End Cottage pub along Teddington's Ferry Road at 8pm on 1 May.

Known as Pints of View, the group is being launched by the community of local church St Mary with St Alban.

In his announcement in the Teddington Parish newsletter, Reverend David Cloake said: "This is simply an opportunity to gather each month [...] for some unscripted, agenda-free and committee-free fellowship over a pint or equivalent."

"All are welcome," he continued.
